TMW Maxwell Residences is an upcoming new launch located at the former Maxwell House. The collective sales tender for the the building at 20 Maxwell Road concluded with a $276.8 million, above their asking price of $268 million.

The former Maxwell House building used to be 13-storey development on a site zoned for commercial use only. Chip Eng Seng is currently seeking approval from Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA) to redevelop the site into a residential and commercial.

Situated in the Central Business District (CBD), prime District 1 of Singapore, TMW Maxwell is in line of URA’s rejuvenation plans for the district, encouraging a more “live-in community”.
